  1. Go to console.firebase.google.com and sign in with any Google account
  2. Click Add project, name it sheldon-ecn, disable Google Analytics, click Create
  3. Left menu → Realtime Database → Create database → Start in test mode → Enable
  4. Gear icon → Project settings → scroll to Your apps → click </> → register app → copy the firebaseConfig values shown
  5. Open this file in Notepad, find PASTE YOUR FIREBASE CONFIG HERE near the bottom, replace all placeholder values, save
  6. Go to app.netlify.com/drop and drag this file onto the page — you get a live URL instantly

Employee Concern Notice System

An Employee Concern Notice, or ECN, is a written record of any concern an employee at Sheldon has about something that may be getting in the way of our ability to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, or deliver parts to customers on time. This may include concerns related to procedures, training, cleanliness, instructions, common sense, or any other issue that affects how work gets done. Any employee, in any role, can fill out an ECN. An ECN is not considered resolved until the employee who opened it is satisfied that the issue has either been addressed or explained in a way that makes the ECN no longer necessary.
